Svetlana Himich часть II 06.02.2005 EXETOR and COUNTY CANINE SOCIETY Open Show Exetor judge: Miss U.Cornthwaite (Braddabrook kennel) 
Svetlana & winner of yearling class Glass Slippers at Glensandra (1 year) This time Open show was not so numerous, 34 sheltie - entries in 5 classes and 29 collie-entries in 3 classes. It`s a big difference beetween Open shows in UK and in the continent, especcially in Ukraine even one entry can be in class and it`s always present puppy, juniors, open and champion classes. Here you can show your dog not in all classes, for example in this show where were only puppy and yearling classes where you can show your dog and bitch (dogs and bitches in one class togather!), olso open bitch and open dog classes the same as continental. More than it, every sheltie can showing in some classes... All shelties were well presented, well prepeared for the ring. I received a lot of nice impressions at the show and had a possibility to be more close with a lot of shelties which I miss a lot becouse all my lovely funny shelties staying now far away from me - in Ukraine. My favourite sheltie this day was very nice puppy bitch Philhope Lady Killer - very sweet, correct size (most of the bitches at the show were too small and some dogs are too big...), good construction and movement, nice muzzle. She became Best Puppy, but was also showed in yarling class and became 2nd. In puppy class 2nd place taked the half sister of our tric dog Landover Black Ash - Dik out of Blenmerrow Rum N Black at Arlanvic, she also has the same elegant type, nice construction, body-lines and movement.
